Space quota management

Users can consume as much space as they want unless they are constraint by quota, which can be set on users as well as groups. The strongest constraint always wins. So if a user is member of a group, either directly or indirectly, for which the quota are more stringent than the personal quota, then the user is limited by the quota of the group.
