Publish

A folder and everything in it can be published as a whole. Your public will then see a consistent set of documents. You work in a private workspace without your public seeing what you are changing. When you are ready with all the changes, you make a new publication of everything. If things have gone wrong you can quickly revert to the previous version of the complete document set and start making corrections.

Switching between publications is instant. If you have a large website, for example, and you select the previous publication, your users will immediately see the previous version of the complete website.
